Last week I weighed in at 166 and I was sad I gained a pound or two…..now I think some of that weight was “that time of the month bloat” and that is not just an excuse! HAHA! TMI??
Well, this week I have tried SO hard and I am excited to say this week I lost 4.5 pounds! SO that means I have lost a total of 14.5 and don’t you know how much I want to round that up to 15! ha! But my honesty has kept me on board so that .5 matters! I am 161.5 as of today…..so next week my goal is to maintain this weigh and that routine seems to work for me! This was the 2nd goal WW set for me and today we set a new goal that I want to hit in about 3 weeks.
I have said this several times this is not a “diet”, I am not taking “magic pills” but I am changing the way I eat. I could never be someone who has to eat grilled chicken and a veggie every night…I wouldn’t last a month. BUT…..being able to make new recipes every night that are from WW is amazing! I still get to enjoy my time in the kitchen while watching my portions and ingredients! I am sure there will be other weeks I will fail but I will jump back on and keep trying!
