WW Recap

Hi friends…..I am gonna be honest here I gained 1.5 pounds this week. I know I know that is not much at all but I tried really hard this week. I am extremely disappointed with myself. I am looking back on this week and now realizing I have gotten lazy. I have blurred the lines and I have to get a better grasp on portion sizes.
With that being said…I am grocery shopping today and I am excited to plan out my meals and make healthy options! I will also commit to sharing this coming weeks recipes with you!
Example : Last night…..just because pasta is only 5 points doesn’t mean I should eat it. And dessert, gotta go! I do make WW desserts but this week I am going to try to have none. I mean that is a problem thinking I need a dessert after every meal!
So….at least I recognize my faults and I am able to re-commit! Wish me luck!

    Wishing you luck! I know you will do great this week with your goals and positive attitude. Have a great weekend and week ahead. You can do it. 🙂 I am all about desserts after every meal too. I love my sweets.

    I feel the need for dessert after dinner so I either grab a 2 PP mini bar I buy at my meetings or i get the snack sized ice cream sandwiches or mini cones that are 2 PP each and they are enough to satisfy my sweet craving after dinner but dont blow my points budget. I found if i deprived myself i only want it more and binged so this has been my go-to solution for over a year now. Good Luck, keep at it, you can do it and its worth the reward of feeling better out yourself mentally and feeling healthier physically.
