Hi friends, another weigh in day in the books…..or on the scale I should say. I tried really hard this week because even thought I made WW recipes last weekend I really over-indulged. So I really jumped back on track this week and I was able to loose 1.5 pounds! And yes, I wanted to round up SO bad! So my total is 11.5 pounds lost. I’ll take it! I have a few recipes/ideas to share with you guys that I loved!!!

I have just recently discovered the Spaghetti Squash and realized how much I LOVED it! This dish is a mouth full (literally) Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti….I just kinda threw this together after seeing different ideas on Pinterest.
-Cut your squash in half and scoop out the seeds!
-Place face down on a baking sheet and roast on 375′ for about 45minutes!
-Then you will use a fork to scrape out the insides which look like spaghetti!
-I just used a low fat spaghetti sauce and this was super yummy and easy!
Lastly this is my breakfast almost everyday and I LOVE it! 2 hard boiled eggs, egg whites only which is 0 WW points and 1 whole wheat english muffin with jelly only! It’s crazy but I have not once got tired of eating this!
