HUGE Weekend Re-cap!

Man o man do I have a lot to do today and this week in general! I feel like I have a lot of loose ends to tie up from the garage sale and then work and just life to catch up on because of the garage sale!
* I am going to take a tub to a few consignment shops to try to get money out of the last of the items!
* I have to take the tubs you see below to a great Non-Profit for single mothers, The Bethel Foundation
* I need to take all the baby stuff back to Melissa
* And I set aside some good stuff that didn’t sell and I want to do a blog sale since so many of you asked! Soo… do I do that? Leave me a comment and tell me what to do!
Thanks ladies!

I made some great recipes this weekend for the OU game (I feel asleep at 8:30)… might have seen this one on Pinterest!! Jalapeno bites!! You can see the recipe HERE! They were so easy and great!

I made roasted Pumpkin seeds yesterday!! They were good and will be a nice little snack to munch on all week! Here is what you do……
You clean them and roast then dry for 30minutes at 300′ then toss them with EVOO and salt and roast it for another 20 minutes! Yumm!

This is Guy Fieri’s Chicken Tequila Tailgating Subs! These were so GOOD and this recipe was in the Food Network Magazine last month! You must try these today! You can see his recipe by clicking HERE!

So…..On Sunday afternoon Matt and I wanted to relax and enjoy the day so we went to see the new Brad Pitt movie Moneyball……You know I love me some movies!

Let me start by saying that if you are not a baseball fan or do not know how the game is played then this is NOT the movie for you. But if you are an avid baseball fan and former player like Matt or know just enough to get by  and enjoy the game like me then you will LOVE this movie. This is based on the bestseller book with the same title and is the true story of Billy Beane and the Oakland A’s. This movie was so interesting and I feel like I even learned something but in a good way not a boring way. And the rumors that this movie could get Brad Pitt a Oscar nomination has to be true…..he was amazing. Brad embodied everything that you would think Billy Beane actually would be. I truly believed that Brad had been a former MLB player and General Manager his whole life in this movie. Matt and I really really enjoyed this movie, the whole 2 hours I was so invested in this story and the lives of these players and staff. This is full of heart, laughter and inspiration………and oh ya…TONS of baseball. Brush up on your stats….
Check out the trailer…

Lastly, I am selling my 2 lower level like 20 rows back Incubus tickets to the Dallas show this Thursday! Do you want them or know someone who does? I am asking 99$ a piece plus shipping! Leave me a comment if you do!

Whew! I am exhausted!
