Holiday Baking!

So this past Sunday was spent in the kitchen making Holiday Goodies for Matt’s co-workers! I will start off by saying I missed Marissa…..every year my sister comes over and does this with us but her and my parents went to spent the weekend at their lake house for her to decompress for finals! Next year!
Are you ready for some recipes????
Let’s start with the delish Holly leaves below (next to my Toffee Nuts) these Holly’s are both Matt and Marissa’s favorite!!!!
No Bake Holly Leaves
1/3 cup butter or margarine
30 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows 1
-1/2 tsp. green food coloring
3 cups corn flakes
2 Tbsp. cinnamon red hot candies
Make It
MELT butter in large saucepan on low heat. Add marshmallows; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until melted. Stir in food coloring.

ADD cereal; stir to evenly coat. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-covered baking sheets sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Press candies into cereal mixture, flattening each mound slightly.

LET stand at room temperature 30 min. or until firm.

Well well well what do we have here?? The mint chocolate chip cookies I posted about last week! These are too die for! If you have not made them yet……do it today!

A Holiday box is not complete without FUDGE!!

1 pkg. (6 squares) BAKER’S White Chocolate
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Make It
MICROWAVE semi-sweet chocolate and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in nuts. Spread onto bottom of foil-lined 8-inch square pan.

MICROWAVE white chocolate in separate microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add peanut butter; stir until melted. Spread over semi-sweet chocolate layer.

REFRIGERATE 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.

I also made Wedding Cookies/Snowballs! They were yummy and the recipe if from the new Food Network gal “Dessert First”……….

I got these cute boxes at Hobby Lobby 1/2 off! Matt took them to work today…I hope everyone loved them……this is what 5 hours in the kitchen will get you!

I think I have to do this this year! And I may have to use your recipes! I've been looking online at recipes and I need something easy, not a ton of ingredients (I tend to get overwhelmed, ha!), and colorful! These are perfect! Well done! I bet you are the fav wife!
