So I made these yummy Mint Chocolate Chip cookies the other night for a get together and YUMM they were a hit and you will not believe how easy they are!!!!
Here is all you need…….
Betty Crocker Sugar cookie mix, 1 stick softened unsalted butter, 1 egg, 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 cup Creme de minthe chips (Andes makes them and they are easy to find)green food coloring and mint extract!

Cream your butter and egg…..then add cookie mix and incorporate well. Add 1/2 teaspoon mint extract and 6-8 drops of food coloring. Next up add both cups of chips and wham you are already done! Don’t eat too much dough like I did!

Bake them on 350 for 7-9 minutes each! And it makes a ton of cookies!!!! You like my new Silpat??? it was an early Christmas present from my Oma! I love it! Thanks Oma!

They were a HUGE hit and soo good you must try these today!!!!!!!!!!

ENJOY! I just LOVE Holiday baking and you should too…………..
