Boot camp

So last night my friend Tatum and I (you can view her blog here)went to check out this “Boot camp” work out to see if we want to join. You see 5 days a week is not for me and the thing about this is, it is only 3 days a week which is doable. My friend Traci (you can view her blog here) was the one to introduce me to this boot camp after I was talking about needing to get in shape!! Last night was brutal and I was the last to finish everything but when I made it thru I felt proud of myself! Today I am not as sore as I thought I would be but then again I tend to get the “2 days after soreness” so we shall see! With my events in JH I will have to miss some Thursday nights but even 2 days a week is a huge start when I use to do no days a week! You can look into this boot camp by clicking here!

    Good luck! I think this may be the same one that Kelly did…but I'm not sure.

    I think we should both give ourselves a pat on the back for even going 🙂 Just think of the shape we will be in.. in a couple of months!
